Clinical Development Associate (m/f/d)

VeonGen Therapeutics was founded in 2017 as a spin-off of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. As a young and innovative gene therapy company we develop novel therapeutics for previously untreatable ophthalmic diseases. Our goal is to offer patients new treatment options with our novel adeno-associated virus (AAV)-based technology platforms.

To successfully achieve this goal, we are looking for a Clinical Develpment Associate (m/f/d)
to join our clinical development team. In this role, you will support ongoing studies, communicate with clinical sites and authorities, and collaborate with global teams to advance our clinical programs.

 

Your main tasks include:

• Communication and coordination with clinical trial sites
• Support for study initiation, monitoring activities, and study close-out
• Ensuring adherence to GCP, SOPs, and local regulatory requirements
• Assisting with submissions and interactions with German authorities
• Maintaining study documentation and tracking study progress
• Supporting the development of clinical endpoints in collaboration with global teams

 

Your profile:

• Initial experience in clinical research (e.g., internship, study coordination, entry-level clinical
  operations)
• Basic knowledge of GCP and clinical trial processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in German as well as in English
• Willingness to travel within Germany as needed
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
